In 2001 Joel Gruenke received his Real Estate license in New Jersey servicing the Mercer County area. In 2003 he obtained his PA Real Estate License and moved his practice to Pennsylvania with Long and Foster in Yardley. In 2005 Joel partnered with Kim Tokar and quickly became the top producing team in the office. In 2009 they moved to the leading office in Bucks county, Keller Williams Real Estate in Langhorne, PA. Even in the midst of a difficult real estate market, the team continued to grow and still expands. Today, Joel specializes in distressed situations, helping communities in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, move forward in these complicated times.
